Searched for a "how to" upload from Edge 305 to motion based...did not find?

Help...guess I'm not seeing where you click "syncronize activities" to upload?

I downloaded software as instructed from MB.

Help is appreciated.

I was able to display my first ride using the 305 on "my Garmin" software on my notebook. Man I knew my hill up to my house was steep, but I hit 17% at its peak...had no idea. Me guessed 8% max.

Math wizards..my hill is 1.75 miles long and total accent is 360 feet...how do I compute the average grade?

You need the Motionbased Agent software. It's separate from the Training Center software. Just open that up and hit synchronize activities. It should look like this. (Assuming you're using a pc anyway)

(360 ft / 1.75 mile) *(1 mile/5280 ft)*100% = 3.9 %

Thanks. That is what I computed earlier as well.

Damn I feel slow...it is hardly a hill and it always kicks my *****! It is the last couple of miles on every ride, so yea, that must be it:p
