...a bike computer. But it didn't end there.
The most recent bike computer is a Planet Bike brand one, with too many others before to mention.
The 2nd gadget was & still is a cell phone.
The 3nd & 4th gadgets I added was a 256mb MP3 player & a set of external speakers with out their own power supply. Not very loud, but effective. That was replaced by a gadgets 5 & 6, a 512mb player & a new set of speakers with their own battery power supply, better quality sound & louder.
Gadgets 7 was & still is a 1 gig mp3 player & still the same set of external speakers.
Gadget 8 was & still is a Oregon Scientific video/photo camera. I only use it to take pics. The video feature eats up the batteries & memory card very fast.
Gadget 9 is an additional mp3 player, a 2 gig unit. I carry both the 1 gig & 2 gig for when one loses it's battery power.
Gadget 10 is a Oregon Scientific ATC 2000 video camera. All it shoots is video. I use both it & the first camera.
But wait I'm not done.
Gadget 11 is going to be making it's debut in 2008. It is a Ryobi battery powered shop radio. It has a aux jack that I can connect my mp3 player into with a "Y" for the other external speakers. I have the ability to control the volume from the bike with out having to stop & get off. Testing it in the house I already know I'll get good sound out of it.
Who knows where it will end.
Maybe gadget 12 will be the Garmin GPS device for bicycles.
