Does anyone know where/if I can get the pannier attachments that REI uses on some of its bags. I've seen them on panniers from other companies too. The parts have 'RK made in Germany" molded in. A google search was unproductive.

RK = Rixen Kaul. REI sells the attachments. I believe Carradice uses these as well.
