As a result of there being no live TV coverage available in the U.S. , a bunch of the guys on my team have decided to celebrate the worlds in a diffrent way. On Sunday we will be celebrating the men's elite road race by going out and riding the same distance of the race, or 260k. I invite all of you to go out this Sunday and learn a little bit about your bike, and your body by doing the same. I can not think of a better way to spend a Sunday morning err.... afternoon err.... evening. Seriously though go out and enjoy one of our last beautiful days before winter is upon us by riding your bike and pretending you are Bittini, Hincape, or whichever other champion you want.

I wish I could ride, but I'll be viewing the race on the Claremont, watching Bettini and the Italians sprint from the pack!!! :D
