Most quill pedals will have threaded holes to bolt these on to. Modern MKS pedals are modeled exactly after these. These are OLD LOGO which makes them special, however they are prices well due to one being not the greatest (i.e. not on par for full on resto). Anyway, sometime pedals don't have these holes and you will require mounting plates to use with your nuts and bolts. I can provide an NOS set of mounting hardware ($5) or I think I dig up a used set of plates (probably have some corrosion) and throw them in if you need them. I will work on getting photos up of the levers by the end of the day and notify you by PM when they are up.
