I found a State Park near my new location in Richmond, TX. It has 21 miles of hiking/riding trails that are all pretty level and ridable with road slicks(what I had mounted). I was there for a little less than 2 hours and managed to most of the trails, and a few twice. My GPS says I rode 20 miles, which makes sense because a few of the smaller trails were marked "no bicycle".

Overall the park is nice, and I was surprised to wake up today and not even be sore or anything. I averaged 10mph with quick stops to snap pictures and read some signs about the wildlife and plants. I have been making it a point to ride at least 4 miles a day, but still continue to yo-yo between 230-235lbs.
I'm vegetarian, don't eat fast food, have a protein shake a day, do my vitamins and all that good stuff. For breakfast I eat Oatmeal or eggs and toast. Lunch is usually PB sandwich and baked chips(smallest bag) and milk or real juice. Dinner is usually a bean oriented(bean burger, burrito) or salad. I guess I need to read up on it more but theres too many choices of vegetarian cook books, not dieting books.
