+1 to D-Bag...we should find him and ride circles around his car, but we need to use hand signals so we aren't doing anything illegal. And then we should strap metal spikes to the top tube so when he takes it, he gets stabbed...sounds like a super plan?

Seriously, I'm a big fan of get-rich-quick schemes and such.
