Well, I'm glad he finally admited it. In the long run, it is going to benefit him to seek out treatment now rather than later.

Finally admitted it? Is this something you've known about for a while?

Wishing him the best and a speedy (no pun intended) recovery.

Whatever. I don't have anything nice to say about Rush Limbaugh. I don't care if he's a heroin addict. He's just trying to grab attention.

He only admitted it becasue he got caught.

I guess when the government-backed, perscription drug industry is your pusher, you go to rehab - not to jail. Just ask Tommy Chong.

In my opinion, he as much as admitted it when the charges first became public. On his radio program, he was quoted as saying something along the lines that as soon as he knew the full extent of what he was up against, he'd tell his listeners. If he was not addicted and was not caught, he would have said flat out he was not.

Yes, he admitted it because he was caught, and probably on the advice of his high-priced lawyer. Going into rehab immediately was also probably his lawyer's advice. That way, he is unavailable for comment and when he finishes, the story will have died down somewhat. Plus, the state's attorney may be less likely to press charges.

Having lived with an alcoholic father, I know 90% of the battle is admitting to yourself that you have a problem. Whether Limbaugh has done this only he knows. But, if he hasn't, then relapse is sure to follow rehab.

I do believe his supplier was his maid, who got her supply from some crooked pharmacists.

How do you figure it is the drug companies, never mind your characterization of them as
government-backed?

Tommy Chong? Wow, now there's a credible source!

He addicted himself to pain killers so he could be caught so he could act contrite and apologize so he could go into rehab all to "grab attenton?" Riiigghhttt!

Read it very closely. The formula was invented by Monica Lewinsky.

You don't need to rely on anything he says. It's public record that he was sentenced to nine months right around this time of year three or four years ago.

Not exactly a fan of him from the stuff he says and does in his personal life, but still i wish him luck on defeating his inner demons.
