I'm planning on riding this Sunday, Radar shows it's gonna be a wet time. I guess I'll have to install the fender on my new fork!

I'll try to remember to bring the digi and take some mud shots!

Wish me luck!

I need to get the marzocchi fender for mine, but I won't be in any hurry to get it though.

L8RI gotta work :( The thing that really stings is I just upgraded the Rockhopper's shifters and derailieurs to '03 XT and slapped on a set of N.O.S. Vittoria Blue Ridge (see: Geax Sedona) skins. Oh well the boss is bringing me a new toy when he gets back from Vegas. A spanky new Chris King Headset. :D Maybe work ain't so bad after all. <shrugs>

Yep, I gotta slap on my good knobbies for tomorrow... looks like things are gonna get sloppy! I was thinking of hitting up Santos or something tomorrow, but if it's major wet and sloppy I'll probably just stick to the local stuff.

I didn't go riding today. I was feeling extremely lazy.

You guys are just a 100 miles too far north. I saw the Hurricane's football game and it was raining like crazy in north / centeral FL, but it has been one hot sunny SOB in Ft. Lauderdale for a week. I hesitate to say it, but I could go for some clouds.

I rode on Sunday and the trails were dry! Seems most of the percipitation moved North and hammered everything up there!

Had a good ride, didn't crash, so I didn't push myself I guess. Although it didn't rain, it was HUMID! I bonked HARD and could hardly ride 2 mins without having to stop and rest. That SUCKED! I didn't eat dinner the night before, and nothing for breakfast. I used up everything I had in my system about 1.5 hrs into the ride and by the time we turned back to head to the truck/trailhead, I was DONE! It probably would've been quicker for me to just walk my bike back.
