Excellent concept and I like the name, too.

I've been reading about this.

This particular venture is what may convert me back into a Lance Armstrong fan.

Ouch! Not nice...

I wonder how often he will be there... Unfortunately don't see him wrenchin on bikes in the back everyday.

It'll be a tourist attraction too!

Wow, I love the concept of a "way station" for commuters without other access to showers and storage. Plus training on site, and a chance to hang out and chat with (or just watch) bike mechanics - I love it. Almost makes me want to move!

+1 The one thing I love about my commute is the shower at my workplace. Well, I kinda like the hills, too. They keep me humble. :p

Hopefully they will do it right. I'm tired of bike shops (at least the ones around me) that insist on storing all their parts "in back". I would probably spend a heck of a lot more money in my LBS if I could go in and actually browse the parts they have. Half the time I don't even know what I want and I end up buying it online. If you are that worried about shoplifting, store them in glass display cases or something.

Also have some sort of logic to the store layout. Why are tires in one corner of the store, and fenders in the opposite corner of the store? Bah, I'm just ranting. Every time I go to an LBS around me, I end up leaving frustrated.

I'm extremely glad Lance is throwing his weight into promoting the culture of commuting by bike.

You're easy. But I'm probably being to hard on him. after all, he probably dumped the olson twin so he could spend more time with his kids.;)
