You might want to see if you can just replace the bar/stem with a new drop setup which is going to work better for you in the long run.
Keep in mind that the flat bar bikes have a different geometry than a standard road bike so try to see if you can dial in the fit right.

That would require swapping out brake levers and shifters. The Origin bar ends are a convenient way to add some hand positions. Success will be dependent upon the current reach of the stem and how the drops get positioned.
