No she wasnt. BenRidin is also a member on MTBR.com, aka IMJPS I think.;) Anyway, if ya'all really wanna know its been a really crappy few days. I had been planning on riding and have not. I sure hope itss not a sign of the year ahead. Perhaps the bad days are now out of the way.;)

A little late to the party but Happy Birthday man! Things can only get better. Jump on the bike and take a nice quiet and leisure ride this weekend. It'll help clear the head some.

Or go to downtown SF in the afternoon and get off at the Montgomery street station and look for the panhandler on the corner of 2nd and Market that has the sign that says "Will Take Verbal Abuse for Change" and let him have it with all your frustrations. It'll be the cheapest therapy session you'll ever have!

Or if not... do the ride as I suggested earlier but to a deserted mountaintop and sceam obsenities at the top of your lungs. Helps to get stuff out even if it's just to a few squirrels.
