This is the fourth incarnation of my blog/website dating back to 1999 or thereabouts. It was originally mostly stories and photos from crazy endurance races I've done (e.g. Iditasport, Leadville, Trans-Iowa). Since I haven't been racing as much, I'm writing more about tips I've picked up along the way.
