I've ordered from WheelWorld twice. The first time I bought some Syncros stems (hinged faceplate cattlehead things). They were a good deal, except that they didn't include the top cap (had to source those from the UK).

The second time I ordered a Neuvation wheelset, which I got a very good deal on. Good shipping, good wheelset. No complaints there.

Their shipping rates to Canada seem reasonable, and they seem quite conscientious. I'd give them thumbs up here.

They have some good deals; but you have to look. Also, their 20% off coupons are fairly frequent; so don't get too upset if you miss this one.
