A little o' column A, a little o' column B. I currently have somewhere around 225 CDs, but have borrowed and ripped my friends' collections and downloaded as well. It's not that I have anything against buying music - in fact, I regularly buy discs that I already have the MP3s of because I like it and believe in buying. It just comes down to there being so much music I want and a distinct lack of funding as well as a lack of places to buy the more obscure stuff I want.
Anyway:

Hmm I listen mostly to Jazz at the computer, lots of Jaco Pastorius(I used to play bass :-P) and other greats. I'm also strangely attracted to The Tiger Lillies and other weird/comedy/arty music. In the livingroom, where i keep my real stereo I mostly listen to metal and stuff like Primus.
When I ride I like to listen to Iron Maiden, The Skatalites(not on the same playlist though :-P), Anthrax and various heavy/rock/reggae. Fast and rythmic I guess.
Return to the Valley of the Go-Go's
Yes, it's just that kind of day. Only a handlful of their poppy songs, but it's mostly from their old punk days. Lots of good old live tracks too.

Bryan Adams...18 Till I Die
At this very moment, "I Think About You".
I oughta be workin’, but I can’t concentrate.
I oughta be sleepin’, ’steada stayin’ up late.
When I oughta be doing all the things I should do,
I think about you.
I oughta be writin’, but I can’t find the song.
Just sittin’ here driftin’, driftin’ along.
There’s only one thing that I wanna do
And that’s think about you.
I think about you, I can’t get no rest.
I think about you, there ain’t no one else.
It’s all I can do; I can’t help myself.
Yeah, I think about you.
I could go cruisin’, but I’ve had enough.
I could go drinkin’, but I can’t stand the stuff.
It just don’t do me like it used to do.
I’d rather think about you.
I think about you, I can’t get no rest.
I think about you, there ain’t no one else.
It’s all I can do, I can’t help myself.
Yeah, I think about you.
