Just saw the band Slack tonight. Not bad, considering the mic was falling off the stand half the time. They had some really good energy, I thought, and the music was rockin'! Glossary was also there, but it was stupid hot so I went down to the bar to cool off before they started their set.

Not recently, but the last I did hear suggested that the new LP would be out by the end of this year.

What's this Portishead/Kraftwerk album all about? I never heard of it.

The Portishead/Kraftwerk is pretty sweet. I'm not sure when it came out (I'm feeling too lazy to look it up), but it's really good. A worthy purchase if you can find it, I'd say.
