I just came across a keirin frame, which I have to get new hubs for. (90 front/110 rear)

I going with some Novatec track hubs. DA hubs are nice, but they're not sealed, and it rains a lot here in SF. The Novatec hubs are sealed, and nearly half the price, so they're a good/solid choice, right?

But now I need some suggestions on rims. I don't want Deep V's. I want something cleaner and with lower profile, but still pretty strong.

What do you guys recommend? Open Pro's? CXP22's?

Which ones give me the most bang for my buck?

bang, I guess would be defined in terms of solidity or bombproof-ness at 32H

Were you able to find fixed / fixed Novatechs? All the ones I've seen on eBay are fixed/free, which is lame.
Both Open Pros and 22s are great - If you're on a budget, 22s are fine but Open Pros are worth the extra cost. They're the best mix of light and tough that I've seen, although I probably wouldn't use them on my everyday bike.

i rocked 110 novatecs to velocity aeroheads and liked them very much.

Orginial NJS spacing. 90mm front, 110mm rear. As apposed to most "new" keirin frames and nearly all other track frames of, 100mm front, 120mm rear.

If you're considering Open Pros, you should also look at CXP33's. They're slightly heavier, but are also "semi-aero". Semi-aero offers no aero benefit but looks sharp and usually makes a somewhat stronger rim. They run about the same price as OPs. I've ridden both and both are quite excellent.
