I am new to the forum. I am a serious bicycle advocate. Will be attending bicycle day at the capital in Jefferson City, MO on Tuesday Feb. 26 as well as the National Bicycle Summit in DC March 4-7, 2008. Anyone out there attending either of these?
Helping to plan a group bicycle ride called Pedal the Parkland for Sept. 20, 2008. It will be for both road bikers and mountain bikers. We will utilize St. Joe State Park near Park Hills, MO as well as local county and state roads. Try to attend. A website is under construction at this time: it is ParklandCyclists.com/PedaltheParkland.htm (http://www.parklandcyclists.com/pedaltheparkland/pedaltheparkland.htm) It will be the first annual ride of its type.
