Just a short ride this morning as I have to go out to see if my stomach is strong enough for my daughters cooking this afternoon. Might aswell get a ride in before a few days off work.

24 miles and just up a couple of our slopes. Well not really as I did the ride in reverse to miss the steep hills- as you can see from the graph- I went down them instead.

There must be an easy way to get these graphs into a transferrable format from the Garmin but I haven't found it yet. So If anyone can tell me an easy way to copy the Graphs- I would be thankfull. I just print screen and modify in Paint---Back to the basics I learnt 20 years ago.

Oh --And I am now legal on this forum. Got 50.8mph down the 16%er. And total climbed for the ride was 1270ft.

I'm sure your daughter's cooking will be fine:)

I've never found an easy way to transfer the graphs from the Garmin software. That's one of the reasons I use SportTracks. It has an icon I can click to save graphs for use in other places. Here's an example of their graph.

That qualifies for a 50+ birthday ride. You'll have to do it again on your birthday though.

Problem is I am 61----and we don't have any steeper hills round here.
