(Also, did some hills today and got the old bike up to 40 mph - fast for me! - and not too bad for a guy turning 64 in about a month)

Nice pics, Mr. Fox! Loving the colours in Colorado at the moment. We had a great time at Evergreen over the past few weekends and took some fantastic shots up there. Some parts of my work commute are like riding on a gold carpet! You just don't witness changes as dramatic as this in any parts of Australia I've ever seen in the Autumn.

Congrats on the weight loss - the hard work is really worth it, hey? I'm loving hauling 25 lbs less up the hills myself....

Yes, it is pretty amazing how much difference 30 pounds (and being in better shape) can make on hill climbing, or for that matter, on just general riding!
