It's not much, but it's a start. I did a 25 today after being back on the saddle for 3 weeks. I haven't riden in 8 years because of knee problems, but now that they feel better, I'm riding again. I have added about 50 to 60 pounds in the last 8 years and now its time to get rid of it. I'm on the trainer for 30 minutes every morning and do 2 very short commutes during work each day. I'm starting to feel really good when I ride my road bike now and that's exciting!

Keep the cadence up and make it easier on the knees. Great job and keep it up.
