Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
It's not much, but it's a start. I did a 25 today after being back on the saddle for 3 weeks. I haven't riden in 8 years because of knee problems, but now that they feel better, I'm riding again. I have added about 50 to 60 pounds in the last 8 years and now its time to get rid of it. I'm on the trainer for 30 minutes every morning and do 2 very short commutes during work each day. I'm starting to feel really good when I ride my road bike now and that's exciting!

Keep the cadence up and make it easier on the knees. Great job and keep it up.
