Only my opinion but I like Dane Cook's standup stuff. And Carlos Mencia is pretty funny too.

I've never really found Steve Carrell (sp?) or the other nitwit from Meet the parents and Dodgeball very funny at all. Both of them come off as fairly annoying. Will Ferrell is kinda hit or miss with me as well.
