Light & Motion ARC Not Turning On

I have a Light and Motion ARC NiMH HID headlight, haven't used it for about 2 weeks, and with the battery fully charged, it isn't turning on. Before I contact L&M about this, I want some input here.

BTW- I bought it new in December.

Sometimes I would have the same problem with mine. Here's what I do..when double clicking the on button, I push in on the front of the lense at the same time. If it doesn't work keep trying. I don't know why this works or what it does. I just did a Google search on this light and I have found out that this is a common problem and this is how other people fix it.
