Mountain Biking - One Fine Day

One Fine Day I will have millions of dollars. And I will buy hundreds of acres in the best of mountains, and I will open 100% of it to MTBrs. Build you own trails, build your own club house, order pizza, drink beer,I'll even have to best bike shop in the world there. This will all happen one fine day.
...and on that day, I will pedal to the top of the steepest hill you have...with a heart rate of 150...without once having to walk....and marvel at the beauty of nature here in Fubarland....One fine day!
Unfortunetly you don't make much money workin' for the government. I might want to rethink my career plans. Of maybe I'll just play the stock market game.
With just a few exceptions (Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, et al) there is never enough money! Do what you want to do, do the best you can, and it will all work out! Oh yeah, and ride like crazy!
Maybe I can get MTBers from all over the states to donate money.
