Just got back from the world premier of this movie. Absolutely awesome. So fast paced with some incredible cinematography. Some of the tricks tried were really progressive for this sport. The movie did the typical rider by rider roll call but mixed it up enough to never loose interest. Some key spots that REALLY caught my eye may surprise some of you.

The number one thing I remember was the dh racing section with PEat and Gracia. This movie REALLY captured the speed, grace and skill required for dh. I generally find dh racing very boring to watch as it is fast and the goal is to find the quickest line (not viewer friendly) but peat and Gracia really know how to throw down style (moto-whips, manuals down trannies etc...) Overall this movie had a tonne of dh racing with many racers having 'racing' clips. All of it incredible to watch.

Bearclaw - an absolute monster. Throwing down HUGE 360's off big drops, superman seat grabs and making all of it look great and easy. Oh and a tailwhip to top it off...this man is the future.

Timo Pritzel - The most underated jumper in mtb by far. This guy looks incredible. After the regular cowan djs (cowan is awesome too) Pritzel comes in and does the SLOWEST backflip in history. Sooo smooth and long and exagerated...not rushing just pure skill. After this he pulls out a 1 handed can can (hopefully someone can tell me the real name) He kicks both feet and the whole body out sideways so HE is perpendicular to the bike and then pulls one hand off and lies there....sideways...AWESOME...and if that wasn't enough he attempts a double backflip and is within millimetres of nailing it. I think they ran out of time but he literally landed a little sideways and washed out otherwise it was a perfect double backflip. This man is my new dj hero. Unreal. Oh...and he is a bmx rider too ;)

There were many other things in this movie, including the tour de france gap, some huge hips and a street section that left nothing to be desired (Lenoski and Chase ROCK!!!). If you have never seen a 1 footed manual to kickflip while dropping off of a bench to fakie then you gotta see this street section. This movie really hit all spots for me. I love the bmx crossovers, so much skill and ability it makes me sick ;)

I believe this is also Wade Simmons first movie since his injury (I am guessing here) and he looked smooth. Didn't go to big but it was good to see him back in action.

Overall this movie rocked Kranked 5 and is a worthwhile purchase, be prepared for a WICKED soundtrack. No pro sitings at this movie with interbike being the place to be but it was still an awesome experience. Definately a 9/10 and that would easily be a 10 if they did less desert drops and utah rides.

Oh and I forgot about some sweet and huge gaps. A Massively smooth road gap that was hit by Gracia and Kyle Straight. Soooooo smoother very fun to watch and makes me wanna jump big time. Kyle Straight doing some street and some shore as well. So much going on in this movie I just can't stop thinking up great scenes...fantastic
