has anyone here done this or know of a route from boston to albany? im thinking of doing this in the spring and just want to start planning a bit, but have had no luck with finding a preplanned route. any thing is appreciated thanks

Try Rubel BikeMaps: they have two maps (Eastern and Western Mass) with good bike routes laid out. Then get New York State bike maps 5 and 9 from their Dept of Transportation for more NY routes around Albany.
