+1 on Hincapie--the Giant he rides has that color scheme, the wheel look right from what I saw him riding in ToC, the handlebar tape looks right--again from ToC, but the varicose veins seals the deal.

1) Tires
2) Zipp 808, without decals
3) Shimano
4) White bar tape
5) Elite bottle cages
6) Giant
7) Black shorts

So, you can narrow it down to 8 people, immediately.
