Has your bicycle coalition received a grant to do advocacy?

We've been asked by the NV Dept of Public Safety to propose a grant for 2009 advocacy. We are thinking about what components a comprehensive, statewide bicycle safety advocacy effort might reasonably include. The DPS suggested that we find out what other state bicycle coalitions are doing.

Have you received similar grants of state or federal funds? What programs did you fund?
