She was right (darn!). You can't have it both ways. You can't eat like a cyclist and sit on the "stool of do-nothing."
If you want to eat heartily, you must exercise heartily. If you don't want to exercise, don't eat more than a handful of food each day.
The other day, a friend asked me (nothing new), "Are you going to waste away to nothing?" :eek: I couldn't help but think, "In ten more years, what will you look like?" :eek:
