Living Car Free - Car Free Helps others...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Here is an article about how reducing car use helps everyone not just the car-free.

That works out to something like 3 minutes extra life span per person. Time enough for an extra cigarette. ;)

On average. Some get much more, like those who avoid lung cancer.
How would I spend 3 extra minutes? If they were 3 extra minutes of excruciating pain maybe they wouldn't be all that valuable.

Posting on bike forums of course! :p
Three minutes average for everybody, even those who still drive. But I'm pretty sure that cycling every day will add a lot more than three minutes to my own life. (Unless I get hit by a bus)
