Advanced WYSIWYG editor not showing up?

Hi, it seems that the advanced WYSIWYG editor does not show for me, even though I've opted to have it display in the options.

I don't think this error is related to my computer/browser, as I have the advanced editor running on other forums which use vBulletin 3.

Advanced WYSISYG has been turned off for now. I will turn it back on once vB gets out of beta status. I have noticed quite a few small bugs / issues with the editor.
