may somebody please tell me how i can assemble my new bike(Motobecane 700ds)? unfortunately i'm new in biking and know nothing much about new bikes. is there any visual(pix or videos) help, tutorial or something for that?

I would recommend you take it to a good bike shop and have them put it together for you.

Considering that you share with us that you are new to biking, I would suggest bringing it to your local bike shop for a professional assembly - it will probably run somewhere around $100, but that's not much to ask considering the peace of mind you get from their expertise as well as them having the right tools, and if they are nice, you can ask them to show you the parts/bits of the bike and explain various things to you (i.e. how to adjust brakes, etc.) -

If it's anything like the one my friend got from Bikes Direct, it should be mostly assembled and only the wheels needed a trip to the LBS for truing...

However, pics would be good.

Right. How much assembly is really required....? You may get off easy.

Having now purchased 3 BD bikes, assembly is fairly easy. However, the OP admitted he's not familiar with bicycle assembly and if you look at the bike he purchased (http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/motobecane/700ds.htm), you'll see it's a full-suspension mountain bike with disc brakes. That might complicate assembly for him and ultimately cause frustration with his new purchase.

I love my LBS. They are there when you need them.

Thank you all guys, actually I prefered to do it by my self and try to use my brain and do some search in internet, and finally I made it.
I tried the bike to make sure every part works good and everything's fine now!
