i've been thinkinga bout a way to make someone riding a normal talbike look like that, maybe by conecting the top set of pedals and the bottom set with 2x4's or somthing. good for parades and such

I think it looks cool, I wouldn't want to ride like that. I would be especially concerned that the stilts would keep you from making an emergency dismount if you needed to. In that guy's case, he can probably be more selective about where he rides to avoid the issue.
