New to the forum! Thanks in advance for any input. I am converting my old cannondale r400 to see if I will like tri's I have purchased everything second hand TT bars, saddle. Can I use Dura ace barend shifters with the rx100 group set? If so I am very new to bike repair, little to no knowledge, where can I look for tips and tricks to run cables( the right way) and tune it up? Trying to keep costs down or i would have taken it in to the shop a couple of towns away, besides I would really like to learn to work on my own rig. Any advice would help, Thanks

If the DA shifters are 9s or 10s, yes. If they are 6/7/8s you could use them in friction mode, but not indexed

I'm not entirely sure, but i think you can do an alternate cable route as described on sheldon's site..
