Foo - Will make my return to the saddle March 15th.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Torn the acl in my left knee a week ago, had it repaired this past Friday. Had my first meeting with the trainer Monday, the training sessions will have me back on the bike 6 months from now, which means March 15th. Hail Ceasar!

On my birthday no less. I had my acl replaced two years ago and road Cycle North Carolina a year later. Good luck with the physical therapy.

Get better, it could be worse. Think of all the time you now have to mod at Bike Forums!
That sucks!
How can a cyclist survive that long without riding?
Can you do any exercises to help you stay in shape for riding?
