Just found out that Bicycles Plus in Coppell will be having group rides plus free spin classes.
Info is on their website but here is the summary:
Sat: 35+ mile ride 9 a.m. (int. - adv.)
Sun: Womens Only ride (not sure of distance)
Mon: Spin Class (free) at 7:00 pm (1.5 hour class)
Tues: 15-25 mile (no drop) at 6:30pm (beginner to advanced)
Sounds cool. I will be checking it out and will report back.
