Tom:

I had a look at the Spinner Saturday spreadsheet, I suggest you do a resort based on name, this would make names easier to find on the list.

Anyone else have comments on this?

Right now I have it alphabetical order, but for some reason, every once in a while, someone reformats the sheet and scrambles the order. We wind up with the totals in the middle somewhere around my name. Then I have to delete the row and redo the formulas again. :(

I think I have it fixed now though by moving the totals to row 2 and freezing them there. The user name lists are alphabetical and the names with numbers are abov the letter names (10wheels, for example)

Any way to "protect" the sheet, similar to how you can in OpenOffice (or Excel), where you set columns to be protected or unprotected and then protect the sheet from editing. For example my personal bike logging spreadsheet has some columns with a grey background and some with blue, the blue ones are set to not edit, and I protect the document, so only certain columns can be edited most of the time. Usually because I can be a dofus and goof up my formulas.

One other change, I would put the charts at the back, so you have all the data pages, January - December, and then the January - December Chart pages. Riders may check the charts on occasion but are more likely to update the data pages. The YTD column doesn't look to be evenly applied, some have it, some don't, this could make it interesting if it were evenly applied to all riders, and we had a total for that column too,,,,,

If you need help with this, PM me, I can help do some of the editing......

Someone added the YTD column. ;) I just manually typed in my YTD. I'm not sure how to protect sections with the Google Sheets though, other than freezing rows.

Not a bad idea on moving the charts though. I think I 'll do that now :D

I guess I need to get a computer for my bike so I know for sure what my stats are. I got weighed today. 229, more then I want but less then I feared. Also BP was a little high but it's been worse so all in all it's not a big disappointment. At least my attitude has remained pretty high. I've been working it on my bike and I "feel" lighter. Maybe it's the spring in my step.

How do I get added to this? I'm game to hold up the bottom. :)
