Road Bike Racing - Genesis Scuba Cycling Team

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have often thought of this blend of sports. I am a diver. On the t shirts and where ever else one might display the club logo; would be a really cool symbol..
My club flag.. A dive flag with a road bike right in the middle of the white stripe.
Anyone, learn of this club, please post.
Think the club would encourage underwater bike rides? Had Better.
Also, if club members were to time which sport the members participated in, which sport do you think would log in the most time?

Not the jersey I would have designed.. I think it is really cool for Genesis scuba gear to endore cycling.. Not so much as one member mentioned an interest in scuba, however. Really generous of Genesis.
I probably would have the greater interest in cycling. But, the only honorable mention was the bubbles on the jersey? Expected a greater overlap.

The Director Sportif of the Genesis Scuba Cycling Team also runs a family business that is an international distributer of scuba and other high pressure equipment. You will see and hear a great deal more about this elite women's team in the 2004 season!
I have been associated with the team since it's inception and also handle the webmaster duties for the Atlanta-based club, Fulton Flyers Cycling Club. FFCC is the "umbrella" organization under which Hot Tubes (elite juniors), Genesis Scuba (elite women), and an elite masters men's team (which will have a new title sponsor for 2004), all reside.

P.S. the original uniform and website had many more bubbles :-)
