After veiwing Kev's post with his most magnificent wheels he built ,I was wondering if re-spokeing the front wheel radialy like his one would help reduce transferance of road buzz to the hands ???
Radial spoking makes the wheel stiffer, so it probably would exacerbate transmission of road vibration. Steve

putting Ti spokes, however would help tremendously in reducing road buzz :)

Try using a gel tape or gel pads under the tape or in combination. I used those kictzy foam pads under my bar tape for a while until a Specailized Bar Phat kit came into my custotidy. (I lost my spell checker then)

carbon forx.......mmm yummy
A carbon fork doesn't completely get rid of the buzz. Some of the other ideas sound good though, esp. the double taping.
Gel tape.. double tape.. carbon fork.. different stem.. carbon bars. There are quite a few ways to reduce road buzz.
