Got my new Roubaix. Wonderful thing, but it came with a free bonus feature - a sore knee. The inside of my right knee is playing up. My previous bike, a Giant was set up by John Kennedy and I never had a problem. Took the measurements from that bike and checked them against the new bike after the bike shop set up. All looked good. Changed to a set of Wellgo Carbon pedals from my Ultegras, and then the fun started. I have checked and adjusted the cleat positions to the millimetre and I cant see how they could be contributing to the problem.
I read somewhere about a Physio, I think in Frankston, Vic, that works with sports injuries and bike fit. Anybody know this person?
Any tips appreciatted

Longer cranks? Lower seat? It might just be a coincidence.

Not sure about the guy in Frankston, but Kennedy knows a guy who I think is in Brighton or Hampton, and Emma Coulson is 'somewhere'; maybe Fitzroy.

There's another guy who my mate goes to (and reckons is ok) at 15 Baker St, South Oakleigh: Rodney Friend, 9570 2749

Is the seat tube angle identical? How old are your shoes, and do they still provide the support they did when new? How old is the seat (has it misshapen on one side) or... are you using the old or new one?

Apart from the cleats, how many millimetre adjustments have you made to the seat height and fore-aft adjustment to see if there is any change? And, have you checked to see if the crank on the side irritating your knee are the same distance from the seat tube as on your other bike?

Keep us posted on the outcome.
