Skagen. Classy, lightweight (titanium versions), very comfy, and reasonably priced ($100-200). The only brand I'll wear now.

+1
I have 2 Skagens. Great watches, wonderful designs without being flashy.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual day/date. 200-300 you say? I'm sure you can find one around the Gold Mart in LA. Some alleys around there have the best, most unbelievable deals....

Omega Seamaster. :D
121 Time was also a recommendation for being classy without the exhorborant price tag:

I prefer a simple Casio G-Shock simply because of the beating my watch usually takes.
I've been wearing a Wenger watch since 2003 and haven't been able to scratch the crystal yet! I have a bad habit of hitting my wrist on door jams.... think I paid around $150 for it.

I have a Skagen Mickey watch. Very classy, my formal watch if you can believe it. Unlike most Disney labelled products, the price wasn't jacked way up from the original product either!
edit: Not sure, but I think the one you posted is a collector's item worth more than Ovo's budget.

But as cell phone and a watch will be a thing of the past...
Time to get modern!!
Haven't worn a watch since my first cell phone.
Seems redundant to me.
IMO

I hate having to reach into my pocket to see the time. Besides, it's fashion more than necessity.
ive got a couple of festinas...really nice and mostly under 250....
Here's another really cool one:

Second that. I have a model 79076, NIB from ebay for $70. All SS, waterproof to 200 m, rotating bezel, same style as the Rolex submariner.
Hey, you forgot to mention if it is a dress (working) watch or a sport/cycling one.
I support the motion on the Skagen, mine is ti with carbon fiber face and I also like a lot my Nike zero drift.
It has a digital compass, weather station, altimeter, dual time/alarms, thermometer, altitude log, ski run chronograph and other basic functions.
Both well under $200.
Pick One!:D
A cellphone will never take the place of a watch in my book. Out to dinner with my honey, think I'm carrying a phone on my hip? Pfft! Nobody better bother me!:D

Recommend me a casual analog, non-chrono watch with a nice canvas band. I've looked at Seiko, Timex, and Citizen. Any others out there?

Swiss Army watch. I've had one for 15 years - indestructible.

Please tell me the model of that. The only thing I can think of better than a ti Skagen is a ti Skagen with a carbon fiber face!!!
Victorinox.
+1 rugget and stylish.
I love analog watches. It seperates the educated from the stupid, and to prove the point to my students that they need to learn seemingly trivial things, I just show them my watch when they ask me what time it is. Mine are not only analog, they don't have any numbers!

A little more than the $300, but Oris makes some great automatics for very reasonable pricing.

Apparently I'm not either. I thought it meant to get laid. Since Oleg argued when I said it was for a girl, either he's trying to get laid with a man, or he really meant the only definition I could find on dictionary.com
poon /pun/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[poon] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. any of several East Indian trees of the genus Calophyllum, that yield a light, hard wood used for masts, spars, etc.
2. the wood of these trees.

Well, since we all thought it meant to get sex, laid, pu$$y, etc. please enlighten us on when it DOES mean, and why you need to exchange a watch for it.

It's the Citizen eco-drive nighthawk(I have the black it's very nice). Has a crystal face that I haven't been able to scratch yet, and the black band scratches black as well. It used to be sold between 450-600 now you can find it for 250 or less online or at watch stores.
