Southeast - Two County Metric

Hi All!

The Murfreesboro Bicycle Club proudly presents the 10th annual Two County Metric. This ride should be on everyone's must ride for 2008. It is on April 19, 2008 located in Rockvale TN, just south of Murfreesboro. There will be two supported rides, a 50K and 100K, with rest stops and SAG. There is also an unsupported 100 mile route available. These are really great routes through the Middle TN country side. Please go to Active.com to register for this ride. Looks like you've got a nice ride planned. I'm doing my first-ever organized 60K ride at the end of March; maybe if I do well at it I'll feel up to the challenge of trying a 100K ride in April. I've bookmarked the clubs website.

Thanks Guys...it is an excellant ride. The club thought about not doing the ride this year, but the members would not hear of it. I rode the 100K last weekend for the first time. It is a great ride that isnt that difficult. Just a nice ride that is supported with rest stops and SAG.

Steve, Have you got it mapped out in mapmyride.com or something like that. Sound like a great ride, but being pretty much a flatlander here in FL, I like to see what kind of hills I'd be getting into. :-)
