Just getting back into cycling after about a 15 year absence. Have since moved to Grosse Pointe, MI and would love to find a group ride to join. I have no doubt I am dreadfully slow but hope to vastly improve over the course of the season. I will be doing some TTs(where I can't hurt anyone but myself) this year and if all goes well maybe some road races by the end of the season. I thought a club rode out of the Cadieux Cafe but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think the Clinton River Riders do some rides over on that side of town (http://www.lmb.org/crr/). Their web site isn't always up-to-date -- check the latest newsletter for their schedule. If you want to get serious, you can ride with the Wolverine Sports Club, which has at least one regular group ride out of Grosse Pointe: http://www.lmb.org/wsc/index.htm.

That should keep you busy for a while. :)
