Also I will cut you a pretty good deal on chainrings... I have 52-45 criterium ring set $25 or $15 each.

46t drilled for chain guard? seems to be an outer ring intended for triple set-up $10
42t inner ring for triple (i.e. has bolt holes for granny) $10
but the 46 and 42 have been drilled also further up and were bolted to one another not only at the spider but near the top, presumably for stiffness.
