Well, it looks like I am finaly heading back home to Arizona. I should be back there in a couple of weeks. My problem is that I don't know any of the trails around there to ride. I have heard that Fantasy Island was a good place, but I don't really like to try new trails without someone along that knows them. So if any one is up for showing me some cool new spots to hit, please let me know.

whoa, sierra vista? i was there for new years--actually, i spent that in bisbee, but we had to drive thru sv--and was surprised to see sun n spokes still around.
you should check out bicas, near downtown. they're awesome folks, and should be able to point you in the direction of someone who knows what's what...
Just show up and ride Fantasy Island! I'm sure I didn't set any speed records, and someone thought I was a wimp about it, but there's no problem with just arriving. Oh yeah, I crashed like a rag-doll in "The Shaft" and I'd also caution you about a bit called "Leap or Die." But otherwise, just do it.
Saguaro East is also a show-up-and-ride - there's one trail that cuts through the center, it's an out & back but worth it. Get the map at visitor's center.
I'm stranded up here in PHX but now you have me wishing I was south! I be clickin' my heels together and saying "I wish I was at TD's" :)
Thanks for te info. I know what ya mean. TD's is one of the places I would love to hit when I get back. I am sick of all this white crap up here in Illinois. I plan on making a trip up around cannyon lake this summer for some riding also.
wait, are you guys talking about the strip joint on speedway? or does TD's stand for something else?
Thats the one. They use to have another one on the west side, but I don't know if thats still there. Not that it matters that one was laim anyways.
There is a place by Reddington that I can't spell.
