....on behalf of bicyclists. The only problem is that she's asked me for "clever" short announcements and I'm not creative at all! These need to be 4 - 5 seconds in length! Anyone adept at clever, catchy wording for this type of thing?

You could find out the statistic on auto vs. bicycle accident is the state last year.

ie.

"(enter number here) lost their lives in auto/bicycle accidents last, this is(enter radio station here) reminding you to "share the road".

or did you want something more catchy?
