S.O.S.
Is there a secret way to attach cleats to shoes at the right spot and angle without going through a zillion test rides on the rollers to figure it out? I know I'm getting closer but it still doesn't quite feel right. I don't have a LBS with any special gadgets to do it for me so it will be trial and error unless you can supply me with the secret code!

Thanks

Mike

Trial and error, even when the LBS uses their fancy machine. My current conundrum is I am noticing that my left leg which is a tad shorter than the right ( nobody is symetrical)is causing me slight extension pain. So I am wondering if I could shim my cleat? I am also doing Yoga stretches that might get my left leg more limber. hope you find what works for you, and when you do, BELIEVE in it. Positive thinking can do wonders!
