I bought an 06 Dart 1 the other day and after receiving it realized it does not have V brake bosses. Does anybody know if they sell a kit to add to the fork? If so where can I buy it? Thanks

No, not really. That would be incredibly unreliable. There are a lot of forces going against the brakes. Either try to exchange it for a different fork, or buy a new hub (if your's doesn't have disc-mounts), and a front disc brake set. There are bb7's for ~$50 on pricepoint I think, or bb5's are usually about $40. Where did the fork come from?

If the fork is not v-brake compatible, you're SOL. But if what you're looking for is the adapter things that screw into the fork, well I just happen to have some from a Dart 3 and I bet they would fit a Dart 1. I'll give them to you if you pay for the shipping. PM me if interested.

OR You could use this as your opportunity to put a disc brake on the front:D
