hello i am new to this forum as you can see by my name i dont have a trike yet but have convinced swmbo that its a good idea.(almost) i am located in UK east midlands and am doing research into which is the best trike for a beginner to start out on it will be used for commuting and general riding with family. i currently ride a mountain bike but i suffer from some lower back pain sometimes chronic. i look forward to hearing from real people with real experiences of what riding a recumbent bike or trike in the uk is really all about

If you're in the UK, you can't go wrong with trice. But As I don't live in the UK, I can't help you out much.

Welcome triker, and good luck with your search. Keep us posted on what you find. I'm new to the world of bents...switched from a df due to discomfort from the seat and hand numbness. So far I love it. I don't live in the UK so can't help with your choice.
