Does anyone sell chain cases anymore? I thought one would be a good idea for winter riding for singlespeeds and fixed gear. I understand that one has not been developed yet that would work with a deraileur system.

Chaincases are quite common for 3x8 derailleur systems in Europe on city and some hybrid bikes, eg by the Dutch company Gazelle. You will have more luck finding the part sold separately at a Dutch, German or Danish bike shop.
I sometimes see derailleur bikes in the UK sold with a chaincase, but Ive not seen the case sold separately in a long while.
